**Purpose**
As a Retail Sales Representative your role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service, sales support and brand stoke to our customers at our Queenstown Brand Store.
**MISSION**
**Customer Service**: Provide a high level of product knowledge and customer service
**Brand portrayal**:Providing a service to our customers that is uniquely ‘Mons’, seizing opportunities to fuel customers stoke on the brand
**Sales**:Process cash and eftpos sales and complete end of day cash ups where required
**Key Tasks**
- Customer service and assists customers in locating product, correct sizing and colourways
- Merchandising of store and replenishing stock on racks
- Using point of sale and eftpos systems for sales transactions
- Accurately count and balances cash register and receipts
- Communicate with Head Office team in Wanaka to provide any product feedback
- Continuously strive to reach sales targets
- Report back to manager on any product feedback from customers
- General tidying of store, cleaning when required
- Abide by occupational safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and all company employees
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a retail or customer service role
- Knows and loves the Mons Royale brand
- Outgoing and friendly person
- Proactive and organised
- Cash-handling experience
