**About the Role**

As we continue to expand and evolve - we are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. You’ll facilitate the development and implementation of our trade hall/showroom visual merchandising strategy, and optimise how
- ng categories and products are presented to drive sales and margin performance whilst improving customer engagement. You will partner with the Category team to provide clear communication on promotional execution in-store, as well as ensure all Visual Merchandising standards are met for new store developments.

**The core responsibilities will cover the following**:

- Providing a great balance between what at the heart of the customers buying behaviour and leveraging this, whilst working with our branches and suppliers to do so
- Drive the implementation of visual merchandising across the network through category refreshes, activation cycle plans, planograms and new stores/refurbishments
- Build capability of Visual Merchandising across the network through the development of effective training
- Grow the engagement, performance, and capability of the team with strong leadership, coaching and development planning

**Skills and Experience**:
You will be someone who is naturally very customer-centric, and this will be front and mind for all decisions you make.
- Experience in category management, or range development, activation and merchandising
- Leadership presence and the ability to lead a process
- Experience in developing, analysing, and leveraging shopper insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in distribution, retail and/or building trade an advantage

This role is working at our Head Office in Penrose, a permanent opportunity, where hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
