We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader to take on the role of Manager, Programme Support to support the delivery of our regional work programmes
Te whai wāhitanga | The opportunity
The Manager, Programme Support as part of the Regional Support and Alignment Leadership Team is responsible for leading the team to:
- hold significant relationships to ensure the delivery of national work programmes, including whānau ora, housing and iwi accords.
- advise the Executive Leadership Team and Ministers.
- provide liaison support for Ministerial engagement.
- manage queries/direct responses to national kaupapa; and
- support the development of the annual report.
Mōu | About you
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- the ability to establish and maintain excellent internal and external relationships;
- the ability to establish processes to implement results;
- experience in Treaty settlements or national programmes which impact on Māori would be preferred; and
- experienced in managing direct reports.
