As a Roller Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy rollers and compactors to ensure proper compaction of soil, asphalt, and other construction materials. Your expertise will be critical in achieving the desired density and smoothness of surfaces, preparing the groundwork for further construction processes.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license and appropriate certifications to operate rollers.
- Proven experience as a Roller Driver in the civil industry.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining equipment in excellent condition.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
