**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The establishment of the Health Immigration Service has been developed to support overseas trained health workers and their families with their move to New Zealand. This has been developed to make the immigration process as easy as possible for them.

This role will provide support to the Health Immigration Team to deliver immigration, relocation and settlement support for migrant health workers coming to New Zealand to live and work. The coordinator delivers effective and efficient coordination for the Health Immigration Team and actively collaborates and engages with colleagues both internally and externally.

This opportunity is a secondment/ fixed term for 6 months.

**Mōu | About you**

We are seeking an experienced coordinator who can critically evaluate information and data gathered from multiple sources and translate this to a range of audiences in a clear and concise manner. Couple this with your high attention to detail needed to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all correspondence pertaining to immigration, relocation, and settlement; in line with INZ and Health NZ organisational audit requirements.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a coordination and/or administration setting
- Experience at working within a large organisation
- Can work in an ambiguous and continually evolving environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and efficiently
