**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced and efficient secretary/receptionist to provide secretarial and administrative support to our small team at Infection Prevention and Control.
This is a part-time role, working 20 - 28 hours a week (flexible).
Our successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Minimum of 2-3 years previous administration/clerical experience.
- Experience in office and reception procedures
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills.
- Understanding and respect for clients' rights and privacy
- Excellent command of English, including grammar and spelling.
- Intermediate keyboard skills.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Computer literacy including, Excel spreadsheets, Access Database, Powerpoint and Word documents, ability to learn new software/ databases.
- Ability to develop and work within defined administrative processes and systems.
- Proven minuting ability.
