The New Zealand Intelligence Community (NZIC) is looking for an ambitious and skilled professional to provide strategic remuneration and data services across the People and Culture Team. This position directly contributes to helping to keep New Zealand and New Zealanders safe and secure. You will work across the NZIC providing a national service with colleagues who are diverse, talented, and committed individuals and are anything but ordinary. **About the role**:
In this newly created position as the Remuneration and HR Data Analyst, your primary focus will be to support the effective management of remuneration across the NZIC. By providing insightful data analysis and expert advice, you will empower the People and Capability team, Senior Leadership Teams, and managers to make informed decisions related to remuneration and HR strategies.

**You will**:

- Have a demonstrable history in reporting/analytics, with a focus on remuneration
- Contribute to the development of remuneration strategies and approaches and provide expert advice across the organisation
- Manage the annual remuneration review process
- Design and develop system reports to support clear decision-making
- Provide high quality data and insights for a range of requirements
- Have an excellent ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to extract meaningful data from various sources
- Have a customer-focus with a dedication to service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold deep proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to develop and maintain analysis and reporting tools

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
