We are looking for an 12d Utilities Modeller to join Fletcher Construction, supporting Auckland Transport’s Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA) delivered with Fletcher Construction, Acciona, AECOM and Jacobs.

**The Role**
- Reporting to the Civils & Utilities Manager and working closely with site engineers and survey team. You’ll be an analytical and practical person, who enjoys working in a high paced, growth environment. The role will also provide you with the opportunity to take ownership of the utilities 3D model development, creating as-built information, interface with BIM platform and exchange of information using the 12d Utilities model.

You will also have experience using multiple systems:

- Auto CAD
- BIM360
- Microsoft Office
- Outlook and Microsoft teams for communication

**About You**
- You’ll have 2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role. Have great communication skills to be able to maintain and develop strong relationships with the site engineers and survey team while developing the utilities model. Delivering training, upskilling, and developing staffs understanding and building awareness around 12d modelling. Being able to coordinate projects, with a solution focused mindset. Enjoy engaging in problem solving to improve outputs for the team.
- An expert of 12d software, or at least experience working on 12d software before
- Provided training on using of 12d software
- Understanding of how to model the dry and wet utilities
- Understanding the compatible formats and exchange of information when using 12d with other disciplines/software's
- Experience reflecting the as built information in the 12d utilities model from AutoCAD survey data
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Effective self-time and task management
