**ROLE**

You will report to the Creative Director and be a major factor in realizing our vision. We can offer you to be a big part of an ambitious team that gladly embraces the creative and technical challenges that come with game development.

**SKILLS**
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates game design skills and methodology
- Demonstrable analytical and iterative approach to solving design problems and ensure that designs follow the product vision
- A holistic and iterative approach to quality and delivery to ensure that the feature set and corresponding execution creates the best possible product
- Design complex systems and tuning them for specific goals
- Use qualitative and quantitative methods to validate and improve ideas
- Ability to achieve high-quality within constraints
- A general understanding of fundamental design principles, gameplay systems, game economies, and player psychology,animation, UI, physics, AI and 3D.
- Great sense for game balance, progression, and pacing and an exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize feedback from team members and rapidly iterate on designs
- Assist the Creative Director in maintaining appropriate documentation of designs, timeline, and roadmap in Asana for easy stakeholder visibility

**EXPERIENCE**
- Competent in Unreal Engine 4/5
- 3+ years professional game design experience
- Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Passion for video games and good knowledge of different game genres across all platforms
- Shipped at least one game
- Expert in video game engine workflows and object-oriented design
- Positive attitude and a genuine team player
- Ability to take direction well
- Share knowledge and be open to learning from others
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written

**ADVANTAGEOUS**
- Affinity for dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures
- Love multiple game genres and play often
- Exploding with ideas
