We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as our **Store Development Manager - Store Experience & Construction.**

As part of our Customer team, your role will be pivotal in shaping our retail environments to inspire and engage our customers. You will lead the way in strategising and executing fit-out improvements for new-builds, refurbishments and rolling out new physical initiatives.

**Reporting to the Head of Store Experience & Construction, your key functions will include**:

- Lead the execution of new store and refurbishments fitouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for store refurbishments or new store openings, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in store development and delivery.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry trends and local market conditions to drive strategic decision-making.
- Establish & maintain mutually beneficial partnerships across all aspects of procurement (racking/ fixtures/ fittings, engineers, merchandising etc)
- Take stakeholders on the journey ensuring confidence, visibility and escalation points are all in place.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A proven track record in store planning, retail design or a related field within a retail environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work well with teams across different business functions.
- A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to design and implement store layouts that optimise customer experience.
