**About the role**:

- Provide technical assistance, trouble shooting, repairs, and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
- Prioritizing and responding to queries either on site or via remote access systems
- Maintain daily performance, run diagnostics, and reports of computer systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting routers, switches, VPN’s and firewalls.

**About you**:

- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience with the configuration, troubleshooting, setup and maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, smartphones and VoIP
- Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting routers, switches, VPN’s and firewalls.
- Security software such as Windows updates/patches, anti-virus, firewalls and any other security software/ practices in use
- Administration skills with Office 365/Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/ Windows server, Active Directory experience is a must
- Administration skills with Oracle NetSuite Cloud ERP
- Expertise in Windows, Mac, iOS and Android Operating Systems
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to delivering outcomes and excellent customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong general knowledge of technology
- At least 1-year experience in a service desk or It support decision
