We're seeking an experienced
Engineering Geologist or Geotechnical Engineer
, at either the 
intermediate or senior level
, to join our 
Queenstown, Alexandra, or Dunedin team
. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver high-quality consultancy services, drive project excellence, and build strong client relationships across Otago and the wider Southern region.
**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and deliver geotechnical and geological consulting projects to high professional standards
  • Oversee project planning, technical quality, and client satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals, design briefs, and technical documentation
  • Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

**About You:**

  • Relevant Bachelors degree in geology or geotechnical engineering
  • For a senior role, CPEng is required or you are actively working towards it
  • Proven relevant experience within your discipline, with strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and legislation
  • A team player with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a collaborative, client-focused approach
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial outcomes, with a business development mindset
