** About the Role: What You'll Be Doing**:
We are seeking a nimble AI engineer, ideally with experience in medical image processing and reconstruction, to enhance our existing products and develop exciting new solutions.

Your pivotal responsibilities will include:

- **AI Computer Vision Technical Skill**:Develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art AI image processing models. This includes supporting orthopaedic surgeon needs around image segmentation, landmarking, and multi-dimensional reconstruction. You will manage continuous improvement of training datasets and stay current with the latest AI research.
- **Software Development & Delivery**:Actively contribute to the codebase by developing robust and efficient AI/ML models, algorithms, and related software. You'll participate in all aspects of the AI/ML development lifecycle—from ideation and data exploration through to design, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- **Quality & Compliance**:Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to our QualityManagement System (QMS), You will contribute to robust security-by-design principles, including threat modeling (e.g., STRIDE).

** What You'll Bring**:

- **Education**:Ideally Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and 3D computer vision.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills,especially in translating complex AI/ML concepts to diverse audiences.
