Our Ophthamology Administrator team
provide a high level of service to customer, staff and whānau. We deliver administration needs to the
service areas in a timely manner.
As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay

**The Role**: Where
you fit in
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Transcribing letters and doctors - notes
- Ensuring all information is collated, patient records are complete
and managed
- Various administration tasks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Clinic Management Support.
- Various other tasks as determined by the Service.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Experienced customer care skills with the ability to go above and
beyond
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving
skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised
- Intermediate to advanced user in the Microsoft suite of produces
e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel
