**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
Our Ophthamology Administrator team provide a high level of service to customer, staff and whānau. We deliver administration needs to the service areas in a timely manner.
As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 3 /Profile 3B.

**_ The Role:_** Where you fit in**
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Transcribing letters and doctors - notes
- Ensuring all information is collated, patient records are complete and managed
- Various administration tasks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Clinic Management Support.
- Various other tasks as determined by the Service.

- Experienced customer care skills with the ability to go above and beyond
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised
- Intermediate to advanced user in the Microsoft suite of produces e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel
