**The Water team**

Our Water team globally has more than a century of water management experience and have played leading roles in many of the world’s largest and most transformative water supply, wastewater, irrigation, drainage and flood protection projects. In New Zealand our water team have delivered a range of fantastic projects across the country, and continue to provide innovative solutions across the water industry.

As part of our Water team, you will be mentored by experts across all facets of Water infrastructure, many of whom are recognised as world-renowned authorities and experts in their fields. Some examples of our recent work across New Zealand and Australia include:

- Rosedale WWTP
- Network planning, modelling, monitoring and design programmes
- Moata Safe Swim
- Rongotea Pumpstation

As part of our 2026 intake we are looking for fourth year students who are pursing graduate roles under the following areas:

- Civil Engineering
- Hydraulic Engineering and Modelling
- Electrical Engineering, industrial and instrumentation

**Application and Process**

To be considered for our graduate program, you will be pursuing a relevant tertiary qualification and be ready to join us in February 2026.

We ask that you bring your desire to make a difference in the world and share the values we believe in. We would love for you to be a collaborative person, who has a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and is interested in upskilling or passionate about digital tools and design.
