**Qualifications**
- Full Class 1 New Zealand Drivers License or international equivalent (with the view to convert this to a New Zealand drivers license in the near future). Your driving record must be clean.
- Basic Administration Skills.

**Experience Needed**
- Experiencing loading and unloading General Freight safely on to a vehicle ensuring all legislative requirements, including freight segregation rules, are met and maintained.

**Skills Needed**
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with people from different backgrounds and roles.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good literacy and numeracyskills (for example ableto read and comprehend business rules and policies, able to calculate hours to ensure maximum driving hours and rest break requirements are upheld)
- Excellent customerservice skills.
- Reliable and honest, with your colleagues and yourself
- Some heavy lifting is required so you must be physically fit to carry out the role effectively.

**What does the role involve**:

- Delivery of a variety of packages to residential and business premises in a timely and safe manner
- Operating a motor vehicle to undertake these deliveries in a safe, legal manner
- Coordinating with other drivers/main depot to drop off/receive goods for delivery
- Note and action any work that is required of the vehicles to ensure they are road legal and safe for operation
- Maintain accurate records of work undertaken
- Provide accurate reports and records to the office/management

**Our Business**

GS Trading Limited operate our business 5:00am 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with some hours required on Saturday mornings.

Pay rate: $29.66 per hour.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
