A new opportunity has been created for an experienced Salesforce Developer to help us achieve our bold Customer, Sustainability and Growth ambitions.

**About the role**

This role sits within our Customer and Digital Delivery team, and you will be an integral part of driving our Digital Transformation. With your creative problem-solving mind set, you will have the chance to be part of creating new technology solutions to support customers on their sustainability journey and the move to the circular economy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Be a lead CRM champion enabling Sales, Customer Service & Customers to maximise growth and productivity opportunities.
- Work collaboratively across our organisation as we adopt agile and customer-centric best practices.
- Work with Salesforce API’s to integrate with other systems used within the business such as Docusign, AWS, Data Warehouse, ERP, Middleware and Websites.
- Collaborate with our ICT team and external partners to integrate systems across our business.
- Bring your Apex and Lightning component skill experience to evolve and extend our Salesforce platform.

**About you**

This role would ideally suit someone who looks for new ways to solve problems, meets challenges and improves software capability and functionality. You’re creative and an analytical thinker you think outside the box and can articulate complex requirements. You enjoy working within a team and find it easy to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Salesforce product knowledge and a minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Extensive experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components.
- Experience with developing data models, data cleansing and data migration within Salesforce.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer, along with certification of experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
