**THE ROLE**

Our NZ Power Projects team currently manages several significant transmission projects and is seeking a **Graduate Engineer with the ambition of becoming a Project Manager**. You **will report to the Service Delivery Manager**and be based on-site for the duration of a $4 million refurbishment project **located in Palmerston North.**
- Some of the key responsibilities include: _
- Provide on-site technical support for field crews.
- Manage project to specification, within budget and within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure project documents are complete and to document control standards.
- Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with operational teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A tertiary degree, accompanied by postgraduate rotation experience in civil or power projects, is highly valued.
- Practical knowledge of electrical engineering principles or transmission/distribution network operations
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders up and downstream.
