**The Role**

Seequent is rapidly growing, allowing for an exciting opportunity to join our talented Christchurch team as an Application Specialist. In this varied role you will use your passion for the Geology industry to assist our worldwide technical team with solving complex customer problems. You will become an expert in our 3D geological modelling software and have the opportunity to train others. You will be exposed to a diverse range of geology projects all over the world whilst being based in our friendly and fun Christchurch office.

If you are an experienced Geologist with strong computer skills, and a customer focused nature we would love to hear from you

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Assist the technical team to build an understanding of complex customer problems.
- Train others.
- Develop new skills in the Software Industry.
- Have a significant input into how our software works.
- Unleash your design flair.
- Test new features in our products.

**This role could be a good fit for you if you have**:

- A passion for and experience in geology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Leapfrog Geo is advantageous but not essential.
