**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
In this role you will be supporting our tāngata (the people we support) in RIDSAS which is a highly specialised service providing support for intellectually disabled people who have high and complex needs. There is a priority focus on lifestyle and rehabilitation programmes.
You will be joining a supportive and professional team who are instrumental in the journey of change for our tāngata. They work with kindness and respect where great emphasis is placed on effective communication and support amongst our team. The team are role models for our tāngata and replicate a whanau environment measuring the changes that come from successful rehabilitation.
We have full time and part time positions available working to a 24/7 roster.
