**Work on domestic and cross-border transactions in our client's leading Corporate Finance Law team.**

**The Opportunity**

A terrific opportunity has arisen for a junior transactional lawyer to join a fantastic, collaborative team in sunny Tauranga. With a natural interest in commercial matters and people, you will enjoy working within a specialist team and creating value during client interactions.

You will enjoy a wide range of corporate and finance work including private equity, aviation finance, and other commercial and finance transactions, such as project finance (energy and infrastructure), corporate (re)structuring, and M&A.

**About You**
- A NZ qualified solicitor with at least 1+ years' experience
- Previous experience in transactional law (corporate & finance is beneficial)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively
