They currently seek a junior or intermediate Employment Lawyer to join their supportive employment team working on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will enjoy building relationships with quality employer and employee clients, such as councils, SMEs, tertiary providers, and large corporates and have the opportunity to work across matters such as employment disputes, personal grievance claims, restructures, health and safety, and sale and purchase of businesses. Supported by a small team of experts within a large well-resourced practice, you will be encouraged to grow and thrive in your legal career with on-going professional development.

**About You**
- A NZ qualified solicitor with ideally 2-5+ years' experience
- Ideally some previous experience in Employment law within private practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client care approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
