We’re Atomic Coffee Roasters, a specialty roaster who have been at the forefront of the coffee industry since 1992. Using fairtrade, specialty-grade coffee, we source, roast, and blend our beans to achieve a complex and challenging taste profile. **About you**:
You’ll be a coffee person and a natural problem solver with technical aptitude. You’ll be a strong communicator as you collaborate with our Service Coordinators, Sales and Training teams to ensure our customers receive the best service offering. You’ll be someone who thrives on accuracy and detail and understands timeliness when it comes to completion. Your EAS license is desirable, but your can-do attitude and willingness to upskilling is equally as valuable. We’re open to speaking to anyone with a keen interest in coffee who is looking to take their first step into the service tech world.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday, opportunity based in Kingsland, Auckland. Like any service technician role, occasional work will fall outside of standard working hours so some flexibility will be required for on-call support.

At Atomic you’ll have access to our 5 days of recharge leave, free coffee and beans to take home and continuous learning opportunities from the sales, training and tech teams you are surrounded by.

All applicants will need to retain the right to work in New Zealand and a full clean drivers licence.
