**The Opportunity** **|** **Te** **kōwhiringa**

Our team is on the hunt for a Maintenance Supervisor to assist AT Central Urban Road Corridor Maintenance and Renewals contracts. Be responsible for the planning and delivery of maintenance works across Auckland.

Step up to the mark and bring your leadership skills to the table. These include but are not limited to; contract requirement delivery, optimization of resource use (including staff and plant management). You’ll also drive projects to ensure we meet targeted results to the satisfaction of our clients - on time and within budget all the while building solid relationships
- **Help** develop a strong and motivated team
- **Promote** a zero harm - to ensure safety always comes first
- **Build** trusting relationships with our managers and clients
- **Deliver** a quality product

Ultimately, you will be responsible for excellent planning and delivery. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based from our Penrose, Auckland depot.

**Important Skills | Nga pūkenga matua**
You’ll need to have proven previous experience in civil construction and roading maintenance or you may hold tertiary qualification engineering. We’d also value:

- A Full Class 1 Drivers licence
- Proven willingness and capability to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- A positive attitude, punctuality and a commitment to providing high quality services
- Computer literacy (RAMM knowledge an added advantage)
