The 4.5 star Hotels are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This exciting leadership opportunity is overlooking both properties, working closely with the Maintenance Manager

**Job Description**:
**THE ROLE**:

- Identify and resolve maintenance defects, complete tasks as part of the preventative maintenance program.
- Committed to promoting sustainability and to encourage the effective use of energy and water.
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer to manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Assist in maintaining the Hotel buildings, budgets, expenses and activity logs and monitor inventory of materials and equipment

**YOU HAVE**:

- Proven experience in Maintenancnce with trade experience and skills; hotel industry experience is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems is essential
- Experience in administrative processes, understanding of budgeting and performance
