**Our Client**:
LIC is a dairy farmer owned co-operative which empowers livestock farmers through the delivery of superior genetics and technology. Their team are experts in their field and are not only passionate about Agri-technology but also believe in accountability and agility.

LIC is looking to strengthen and empower their Transformation Office in the Support Services Group to enable innovation and to ensure complex programmes of work are delivered effectively.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Enterprise Programme Manager, you will use your natural talent for engaging and leading a high performing and professional team to work cohesively and collaboratively to understand complex scenarios, problems and needs with exceptional depth and clarity.

You’ll be passionate about transferring your knowledge to a practice of BAs, coaching them, and overseeing their personal development. You’ll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of LIC System Roadmaps, systems, products, and environments to establish enterprise thinking, ensuring conformity and alignment.

Leading a highly collaborative agile team, you will empower and engage the BA Practice to adopt appropriate methodologies, standards, and tools, reinforcing “best practice” industry standards in business analysis, while ensuring high quality deliverables.

**To be Successful in this Role**:
You will be passionate about continuous improvement and have a strong understanding of both Enterprise analysis and Agile practices, business architecture and process mapping. Your agile mindset is supported by your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
