We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance systems administration experience or who has recently, or almost, qualified as a Chartered Accountant that is looking to further develop their career.

In this role, play a key role in maintaining the integrity, security and efficiency of the Finance function. As a key support person to users of the financial management information systems at Kiwibank, you will be responsible for the day to day running of our core finance platforms.

You will contribute to process improvement, reporting innovations and initiatives. Work closely with teams across the Business Advisory unit, including Financial Accounting & Reporting, Tax, Finance Business Partners and Purchasing & Accounts Payable.

You will be encouraged to continue your development, with opportunities to assist you in broadening your experience and skill set.

At Kiwibank, we’ll help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- High technical skill proficiencies with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Power BI
- Ability to multi-task and to utilise own planning processes to appropriately prioritise and work to timeframes. A strong eye for detail with the ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Well-developed communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across written and verbal mediums
- Either a Tertiary qualification in Accounting / Business Management and is a member of, or training towards, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or an equivalent professional body
- Or Prior experience supporting financial systems. TM1 Planning and Analytics would be desirable.
