The Executive Assistant provides timely & exemplary executive administration and support to Porirua Management and New Zealand Commercial Leadership Team. Responsibilities
Travel/Event Management
Primarily responsible for international travel and accommodation for all management and staff.
Event management including Long Service Awards Dinner, training events and staff events and other location activities
Business and Secretarial Support
Organises set up arrangements for new staff and contributes to team induction.
Assists management to ensure all human resource activities are efficiently carried out.
Company correspondence and presentations as required.
Manage office processes and procedures.
Meeting Support
Manages all secretarial activities related to smooth, effective and efficient running of meetings as required and expected.
Provides meetings support to managers and staff in relation to all aspects, attendance at meetings and recording meeting actions as appropriate.
Business Relationships
Provides high levels of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and accuracy with all interactions with senior management in relation to sensitive work-related information.
Builds and maintains effective working relations with all staff throughout the plant to ensure the site is perceived as efficient, friendly and approachable.
Ensure all correspondence and tasks are responded to and actioned within deadlines.
