**Currently we are after a new 2IC to help lead our incredible Powertools Department**

This role is Full-Time working **a rolling fortnightly roster**, offering 90 hours a fortnight.

**What you can expect to do in this role**:

- Helping lead a team to success in the absence of the Supervisor
- Proficiently use technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and be willing to learn our Roster and Learning System
- Working with a ‘**One Team**’ approach and providing friendly and helpful service to our customers
- Mastering the knowledge of all things Renovation - Powertools
- Merchandising shelves and ensuring that all stock is put away
- Willing to get stuck in and get it done - even if its busy

**What we need from you**:

- ** Proven** previous experience leading a team to success and meeting targets.
- Team Members wanting to step up or established 2IC's wanting a new challenge will be considered.
- Previous Powertools knowledge and experience is an advantage
- ** A genuine passion for customer service**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team with an **'honest & fair'** mindset
- Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the role - Heavy lifting is expected.
