We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Team Members to join us on a fixed-term contract.

This role is part of our Indoor & Outdoor department, specializing in paint and flooring products.

Paint experience is advantageous but not essential — we're primarily looking for strong customer service skills.

32 Hours Per Week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday's.

This is aFixed-term position
until the end of July 2026 to cover a Team Member who is temporarily acting as
Team Leader during maternity leave.

What you can expect in these roles:

  • Filling
    shelves and maintaining stock hygiene, ensuring products are well-presented, clean, and easy to find.
  • Engaging
    in physical tasks, including lifting and
    moving heavy items, so a good level of physical fitness is important.
  • Working
    collaboratively with other team
    members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Delivering
    great customer service with a friendly
    and approachable attitude.
