**They are located in Avondale, Auckland and are currently looking for Plastics Technician/Die setter.**

**What we can offer you**:

- Competitive hourly rate of $42
- Monday to Friday work so you can enjoy weekends with friends and family
- Good working hours 08:00 to 16:00 **(Overtime available)**:

**About the job**:

- Provide effective and efficient machine die changes.
- Maintaining Health and Safety Best Practice at all times
- Ensure all machines are running smoothly and all products are in spec and to the highest quality level
- Establish correct moulding cycles, monitor the moulding process, maintain production schedules, inspect goods in production, and ensure that the final product meets specifications.
- Contribute to machinery maintenance -working in with engineering maintenance team as and when required to ensure well planned Preventative Maintenance takes place to ensure mínimal downtime.

**What we require from you**:

- 5+ years of experience in Plastics Processing
- Outstanding organizational skills and experience
- Proficient in communicating information to individuals and groups in both written and presentation form
- Strong desire to work in a team made up of cross functional group of individuals
- Self-starter that can work extended hours as required to satisfy customer deadlines
