You will oversee and assist in the most crucial areas of the business - presentation and sales while meeting high quality and cost objectives, vehicle-reconditioning processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure we provide Exceptional Customer Experience to each customer every time
- Communicate and cooperate with Managing Director
- Advise customers on queries and provide technical support
- Take bookings for test drives and enter them into our Database
- Accurately record all the customer complaints and issues with a vehicle
- Provide customers with accurate Quotations in timely manner
- Provide customers with updates on the progress with their cars
- Carry out pre-delivery quality checks
- Coordinate pick up, drop off and delivery time with customers
- Maximize opportunities to up sell
- Assist in general administration and parts ordering
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with colleagues and customers
- Actively contribute to ongoing innovation by making suggestions for improvement and embracing change
- Assist management in the day-to-day operations
- Build rapport with customers
- Build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Organizing marketing, sales and after-sales activities to ensure customer
- Build and maintain sound customer relationships
- Develop and amend organizational policies and processes according to customers’ feedback
- Assist in achieving business objectives through effective management of resources, operating expenses, efficiency, quality and productivity
- Assist in organizing and controlling of vehicle reconditioning schedules, quality and timeframe
- Effectively manage and work with all levels of employees and customers
- Proactively assist in maintaining required inventory level
- Ensure vehicles are “Yard Ready” and advertised within specified timeframe
- Liaise with contractors (panel beaters, mechanics, groomers, etc.) to ensure repairs are done in specified timeframes and up to acceptable standards
- Assist Sales Team
- Ensure the business is presentable and tidy at all times

**Requirements**:

- A business qualification is preferable
- At least one year of relevant industry experience would be an advantage
- Experience and knowledge of reconditioning, sales, etc
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Confidence, charisma and competence
- Experience and desire to work within automotive industry
- Valid driver's license

- Good relationship building skills\
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent phone manners and active listening
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sales experience
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment under pressure
- Be well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to assist in workload planning and delivering on time
- Strong computer literacy and numerical skills
**Remuneration will be according to experience and qualifications.**
- Hours will be 8.00am to 5.00pm Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
