The primary purpose of the Bid Coordinator is to support the tender team in providing seamless coordination activities for the on-going pipeline of tenders and proposals for the group. A pivotal position that plays a crucial part in the creation of all bid proposals, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of tenders, that involves procurement of information across the organisation. This will see you working collaboratively and closely the Bid Managers, Bid Writer and Bid Content Manager, along with various internal stakeholders, across the regions. As such, developing and maintaining these relationships, will be the key to your success. In joining this essential and highly motivated team, you will match their drive, be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Photoshop and/or InDesign. A previous background in the civil construction sector is preference, but more important is a proven coordination, administration background with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy. On a personal level you will be self-motivated with a proactive and considered approach, along with strong interpersonal skills and disciplines around planning. You will be able to demonstrate consistent presentation and communication skills and relish working as part of a collaborative team that continually works towards continuous improvement.
