Total Span is a proudly Kiwi-owned and operated company with a 30-year track record of designing and making quality buildings including sheds, garages, workshops, and more. With their current Office Manager moving out of town, they need an administration and customer service superstar to step in and take over the reins.

Core duties and responsibilities encompass accounts, payroll, customer service, general administration, and a broad array of other tasks, including, but not limited to:

- Taking customer enquiries
- Liaising with local councils; researching property details; submitting consents
- Monitoring job workflow and progress payments
- Managing customer information
- Ordering supplies
- Assisting the Branch Manager with ad hoc projects and duties as required

As you can imagine, it’s really important to get the right person for this crucial role, so here is what we are looking for:

- Proven skills in administration roles
- Positive and friendly approach to customer service
- Experience with accounts (payables and receivables)
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Computer savvy - able to quickly learn new systems
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not essential
- You are organised and self-managing, with initiative and good problem-solving skills
- Enjoyment of working in a sole charge environment, often on your own in the office

You will be part of a small team, each of whom is passionate about the role they play in the business, delivering top-quality products to customers around the region.
