With such a lofty mission and bold goals, we are on the lookout for the right talent to help us deliver. **About the role** As the Asset Delivery Coordinator, you'll work closely with Project Managers/Asset Delivery Managers, playing a crucial role in supporting project delivery performance on major renewables projects. This dynamic position requires flexibility and an adaptable and proactive approach to navigating high pressure situations. You'll have opportunities to demonstrate initiative and contribute beyond expectations to ensure project success. This role would appeal to those who are comfortable working in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment and find job satisfaction in developing processes and procedures as projects evolve. In this role you will: - Develop standard project management process, tools and templates for the Asset Delivery Team. - Assist with project planning, and project monitoring and controls. - Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track actions - Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and updates. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and internal teams. - Provide general project administration. - Assist with front-end engineering design and procurement coordination. **About you** We're looking for an experienced project coordinator who is an administrative professional that brings strong organisational skills, thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and is a master of juggling multiple tasks. You'll have good attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft office suite, able to present accurate information and produce deliverables to a high standard. - Proven 5+years project coordination experience on major projects, either within construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors. - Knowledge of project management principles, processes, and methods - Experience setting up and administering SharePoint sites. - Proficient with project management tools, particularly, Planview, Aconex and MS Project. - Proven project cost management experience and knowledge of project accounting. - Document management skills and experience with document management systems. Other "nice to haves" would be: - PMI qualification (such as CAPM or PMP) or working toward it. - Commercial acumen. - Experience with procurement and contracts.
