hospital is 15 minutes from our capital city of Wellington.
- This
role covers the Wellington region for elective surgery and the Central North Island

- The

Hutt region has a population of 143,000 but with the tertiary plastic surgery
service situated at Hutt Hospital, the catchment being served is around 1 million
people and covers 6 hospital for some sub specialities such as cleft palate.
- The
team consists currently of 4 OMF surgeons and you will be the 5th with an
expected on call commitment of 1:4 to allow leave to be taken by all SMOs.. This position provides OMF cover for a
regional catchment area covering a population of over 1 million. We are looking at a permanent long term
appointment. There is a supportive and collegial culture with the local OMF
surgeons and you are welcome to undertake part time private practice work.Moū - About you
