Role:
We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Duty Manager who is passionate about working in the hotel industry. If you are lead by example and take pleasure in creating magnifique memories, which make guests and colleagues feel happy and cared for, then look no further

Your responsibilities would include:

- Management of the day-to-day operation of all Front Office functions, including but not limited to Reception, Night Audit, Guest Relations and Club Signature, while overseeing the smooth coordination of all hotel departments
- Attention to detail in order to ensure a luxurious environment for all guests
- The ability to lead a diverse range of team members
- To thrive on a fast faced environment and enjoy making decisions on the go
- Ensure the safety and security of Hotel Guests and their property whilst staying at the Hotel
- A generous nature that underpins your service skills

We would prefer if you have:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5 star luxury environment
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with luxury service standards is a plus
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of the job role
- Experience with Opera PMS and Micros
- Must have or be willing to obtain General Managers License, Licensed Controller Qualifications and First Aid
- Must hold a full New Zealand drivers license with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
