New World Tokoroa is looking for a Full Time Baker that would join our Bakery Team.

**The Role**:

- Preparing, baking and finishing doughs and sweet foods such as; breads, sourdoughs, pastries, pies, cakes and other baked goods.
- Producing quality goods consistently and efficiently as per our daily production schedule.
- Packing and merchandising products.
- Consistently upholding the Food Safety and Health and Safety Standards.
- Working closely with and being a positive role model in the culture of our diverse team.

**What are we looking for?**
- A confident person with previous baking / cooking experience and a good overall knowledge of bakery products.
- A fantastic attitude and work ethic and a passion for making a workplace great.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- The ability to listen to instructions and make things happen.
