The Role

We now have an opportunity for a Rope Access Technician with proven experience in the building maintenance industry to help support our growing rope access business within the Auckland and Hamilton region. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, some of your essential duties are:

- Building washing
- Roof washing and Gutter cleaning
- Cleaning of interior and exterior commercial and residential windows and screens
- Water blasting brick, siding and concrete
- Assisting other trades to access difficult points (e.g. electricians, repair etc)
- Replace glass on all types of windows
- Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows
- Other related duties as may be assigned

What We Are Looking For
- Preferably, you either have IRATA Rope Access Technician certification or IRAANZ qualified abseiler or with Fall Arrest certification or Roofing qualifications or other similar qualifications
- You must have awareness of health and safety requirements
- Driver's license is essential
- You must have the ability to communicate clearly with team mates, employer and clients
- You must have at least one year of similar work experience
