**The Role**

We now have an opportunity for a Rope Access Technician.

The role is very diversified and no two days will be the same. Duties include but not limited to;
- Bridge inspection and maintenance off rope
- Lighting and Communication tower inspections and maintenance off rope
- Building construction duties.
- Signage installation,
- Service and install of Building Maintenance Units (BMU's)
- Install and service abseil systems, rooftop walkways and hand rails
- Install ladder and Fall Arrest systems,
- Service winches for the fire service

**What We Are Looking For**

This is a Specialist role and the Qualifications and Skills required include;
- Rope Access (IRATA L3 or NZ ROPE NZQA L4)
- Preferred Hands on Experience in working with TOOLS
- Knowledge/Experience as Handyperson/Carpenter/Mechanical aptitude will be an important advantage.
- NDT inspector (Optional)
- Wielder (Optional)
- Derrick inspection (Optional)
- Anchor installation
- Lifting loads with Rope Access systems, winches and cranes
- Collation of details reports (PC proficient with word, EXL, CAD systems for design) (Optional)

Training will be provided.

Pay varies with level of experience.
