Commercial Contracts Manager role based in Wellington working for a global operation with a broad client base.

Due to a growing and established client base across the public sector the organisation are keen to appoint to a new position as Commercial Contracts Manager to be based in Wellington.

**Your new role**
In this role no two days will be the same. As the face of the Wellington contracts management operation you will be tasked with providing consultative & legal advice and support in connection with a range of contracts, including drafting and reviewing change control notices. You will also be responsible for negotiating with stakeholders using your strong problem-solving skills and sound commercial advice, involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets where appropriate. Structuring contract management plans and monitoring client adherence to policies and procedures will also form a key part of the position.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your extensive contract management experience coupled with your ability to draft contracts and negotiate & influence with various stakeholders, will see you excel in this position. This company are open to a diverse range of experience, though a legal background would be of preference. For those not experienced in legal practices, though familiar with contract management, development and support will be available.
