Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)We are looking for telephone operators for our busy (24/7) call centre at Nelson Hospital. This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. The positions would appeal to those who enjoy a challenge and look for job satisfaction. Key duties include answering the phone, after-hours reception duties, interacting with the public and dealing with emergency situations.
We have day, evening and night shifts available. Ideally you will have the flexibility to work additional hours from time to time to assist with covering staff leave and illness.

To succeed in this role you will have a bright, friendly and outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and remain clam under pressure.
