**Your new role**

Working closely with the section Finance Manager you will be required to assist with the processing of financial transactions and for providing general support to the finance team.

Specific duties will be to:

- Ensure appropriate capitalisation processes are followed throughout the business
- Liaise with Project Teams to obtain updates any record any changes on the FMIS
- Process write-offs and project closures
- Identify process improvements and develop new templates to promote best practice
- Ensure Asset Update Forms are completed accurately and train colleagues on correct processes when required
- Support the Project Accountant and Finance Manager with reconciliations and other adhoc project work

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build strong and effective professional relationships and you will also be able to demonstrate a strong initiative with the drive to succeed.
