**About the opportunity**
We’re looking for someone with the passion, vision, and energy to attract and develop the very best talent to our early career’s opportunities. Working nationally across all our services in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch offices.

Due to the partnering nature of this role, you will be required to frequently travel to attend career fairs and other events across New Zealand.

**More about the role**:

- Building solid relationships across all levels of our firm, with students, university career advisors, heads of departments, suppliers, and relevant recruitment industry members to ensure Grant Thornton is visible in the market and aware of the latest opportunities
- Promoting and organising events at universities nationwide to promote Grant Thornton opportunities and connect our people with talent
- Cultivating a pipeline of student talent with diversity & inclusion front of mind
- Developing digital content, managing a variety of social media channels and communication with students
- Facilitating and tailoring new marketing / employment branding campaigns with a focus on digital engagement
- Managing the nationwide recruitment process and budget for our Graduate & Intern programmes
- Supporting the Talent team with experienced hire recruitment
- Representing the Grant Thornton brand in the marketplace

Some key attributes:

- You’re a strong communicator that easily builds and maintains relationships
- Previous experience in recruitment - internally or agency
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage high volume recruitment
- Facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills along with excellent written communication skills
- Understanding of the university and technical institutions recruitment landscape
- A relevant tertiary qualification and experience (ideal but not essential)
- Strategic thinker with the initiative to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions
- Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines
