**The Role**

Joining our Operational Delivery team, you will play a key part in leading the delivery of the support service and process improvement within the Finance Operational Delivery business unit, ensuring that opportunities for operational uplift are identified and implemented. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a role that is focussed on evolving our support model and working to improve current and future processes.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead and facilitate response to operational support requests, evolving the support model within Operational Delivery ways of working
- Lead delivery of continuous improvements initiatives
- Drive capability uplift across CFO Operational teams, creating and maintaining knowledge base of operational support resources.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across IAG promoting the support model and ensuring improvement initiatives deliver practical, customer focussed, commercially sound and well-informed solutions
- Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure all change activity is transitioned to BAU with high levels of customer and partner satisfaction, people and stakeholder engagement and optimisation of costs
- Bring effective change-management discipline to initiatives to ensure successful embedding, including change approach and plan development, and delivery of process improvements as per plan
- Work with Business Owners, Sponsors, Portfolio Managers and Programme Managers (as appropriate) to lead problem and opportunity identification, ideation, solution design, assumptions testing, delivery and embedding
- Work with the wider team across Operational Delivery as required to ensure sequencing of initiatives is completed so that efficiencies across delivery and ways of working are achieved, and any risks raised are managed accordingly
- Work effectively with the wider IAG team, in particular Finance, 3P, Technology & Operations, Technology and Marketing/Communications to identify and define fit for purpose solutions

**About you**
- Experience in an operational management or change management role
- Good communicator and ability to work with different levels of stakeholders, including senior and executive level
- Experience managing organisational support in a complex environment
- Significant experience in contributing to analysis and change associated with business improvement
- Experience in Finance and/or systems operations would be advantageous
