As a Test Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional quality and service to our stakeholders and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our software meets the highest standards by conducting thorough testing and analysis. You'll work closely with your Line Manager to implement new test techniques, proof of concepts, and risk-based testing strategies.

By developing and maintaining effective relationships with team members and stakeholders, you'll foster collaboration and contribute to our success objectives. Additionally, you'll proactively suggest ways to streamline processes and leverage technology to improve quality and efficiency.

**Mōu | About you**

With your extensive experience in using a wide range of test management tools, you're well-equipped to tackle any testing challenge that comes your way. Your passion for all things testing is evident, and you're committed to staying up-to-date with the latest industry best practices through training and self-study.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Appropriate professional qualification or experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of ISTQB foundation level testing certification
- Proficient in all aspects and levels of Manual Testing
- Process, Principles and Practices
- Experience in automation testing space would be handy
- 3-5 years hands on experience testing using a wide range of test management tools like Application Life Cycle Management for end to end testing.
- Enjoys coaching other test team members and being coached as well.
