With 12 clubs nationwide and a vibrant community of 50,000 members seeking daily doses of inspiration and guidance, Les Mills Christchurch is searching for an exceptional Sales & Reception Manager to join our high-performing, inclusive team.

As the Sales & Reception Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind achieving ambitious targets for new members every month. But it doesn’t stop there - you’ll also be the welcoming face, the friendly voice, and the motivating presence for all our members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.

Leading both our sales and reception teams, you’ll be a coach, a mentor, and a source of inspiration. Your passion and influence will empower your team to exceed expectations and deliver the ultimate fitness experience. To excel in this role, you should ideally have:

- A proven sales and customer service background
- Leadership experience in coaching and developing others to reach their full potential
