**A bit about the role**

We are looking for 8x part-time team members on a fixed-term basis to join our team through the Summer Period, roles commencing as soon as possible, through until Feb 2026

We have something to suit everyone, with positions available across the store.

Being a Team Member at Mitre 10 is all about being customer obsessed. Your focus will be on delivering epic customer service to every customer, every time. When you’re not busy with customers, you’ll be learning about the products in your department, and working with stock to make sure the shelves are full and looking good.

All available positions include at least one weekend day and are part time hours**.**These roles will be rostered either Thursday - Saturday, or Sunday - Tuesday, and the start & finish times will vary to cover our operating hours (7.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00am - 5.00pm on weekends and public holidays). Ideally, you will be available to start immediately and be able to work through this period without taking leave.

Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage, but it’s your strong personal values that that align with ours that will make you successful at Mitre 10.

You might be a student looking to pick up work over summer, a tradie looking for something a bit different, or a retail superstar looking for a change - but no matter what, you will be someone who is passionate about creating a positive customer experience.

You’ll also need to be physically fit and able for these positions as you will spend a lot of time on your feet, up and down ladders, and lifting stock with the team.

**_ Applicants interested in these positions must be available to attend an Assessment Centre in the coming weeks (held in-store during opening hours)._**
- At the Assessment Centre, you’ll take part in a short interview and complete a few simple tasks in a group setting._

**_ Please note:_**_ Assessment Centre spots will be booked by the Mitre 10 team. This is not a walk-in event._
