We are looking for a Store Supervisor to run our busy liquor store. You will be responsible to assist the Store Manager in managing the overall operations of the store. You will be the sole in charge of the store in absence of the manager. Some of the duties of your role will be:

- Assist the manager in management and smooth operations of our retail store, while maintaining and generating good profit
- Assist in selecting, hiring, training and managing staff
- Assist in proposing budgets according to future plans and goals
- promoting goods and services of the store
- you need to serve customers as well. provinding customer service and build lasting relationship with our customers to ensure a great shopping experience
- Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing various policies and procedures at the store
- ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
- ensuring we have adequate staff at all the times to serve customers and run the store
- getting feedback from customers and acting on it
- delegating tasks to other staff
- making sure the staff is motivated at all the times
- adding/removing products from product line
- liaising with other stakeholders as required
- making sure inventory is under control and stock has been ordered

E Either have or be able to get a required related work certificates.
- any other tasks as and when required
- Relevant work experience of at least one year OR qualification required (business, management, hospitality, commerce etc)
- Leadership, Management, and great communication skills preferred.
- Ability to handle tasks independently, manage team and attend to customer’s needs.
- Ability to deal with business Suppliers, negotiate a better deal, to maintain good margin on products and services
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Must be available to work alternate weekends.
- Knowledge of liquor is preferred but not essential.
- Must be available on weekends, public holidays, night shifts etc

**Other Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time - at least 30 hr/per and max 45 hr/week
- **Wage**: $24 to $30 per hour based on experience/qualification
- 6 to 8-hour shifts between Monday to Sunday with 2 days off

Pay: $25 to $30
